Yeah, I heard part of that. Not sure of the context. Maybe he'll clarify today.
He tends to be a mixed bag when something happens. Like when Syria was bombing Israel. Probably total frustration.

He acts like he’s bi-polar. One minute he likes Bush. The next minute he hates him. On and on... I have listened for a long time, but lately it’s “Why am I here?” and talking about cooking and his dog, and taking long breaks while he runs canned statements from people, posing as correspondents that he talks over the top of and pretends he’s interviewing them.
The show has been tanking for awhile. I was waiting for a last straw and the gun thing was it.
