Fred has contract obligations to fulfill before he can announce. It’s frustrating:)I understand he has contract obligations for his show, but that can't stop him from announcing. He knows whether he's running or not. Stand up and say so already.

He may have contract obligations, but thanks to that equal time bull, and the fact that the people associated with the show won’t want to give him any free airtime in any capacity, I’ll bet they let him out of his contract.
