False dilemma. There is no way to simply remove a fetus and let it mature artificially. SciFi speculation aside, in the here and now what you are arguing for is the retention of abortion for the convenience of the woman; as you state, women abort because they don't want to be pregnant. Well, once they become so, it's far too late to be deciding that. They have already passed up a range of options to prevent pregnancy in the vast majority of the cases.

There is no choice available to take the baby out and put it in an artificial womb. You are using an ignorant straw man in your argument to try and twist my answer to be unreasonable. If there was such a procedure then it wouldn’t be an abortion would it? So the answer to your question on choice on abortion stays the same.
If all choices are valid then it is contradictory to at the same time assume that a choice to refuse to concede that all choices are valid is invalid. A statement that violates its own terms may rightly be considered as self-refuting and incoherent.

Abortion is only the tip of the sanctity-of-life iceberg. Life is either God-given or subject to being extinguished at the discretion of those in power.

That liquid you see is blood from an infanticide holocaust, not the ‘drool’ of Pro-Life Conservatives. Those pictures are shock therapy and a reality check for those for whom abortion is merely a ‘minor medical matter.’
