No. Not at all.
The trick is not to let it just ‘air dry’. Although the circuits in the keyboard really won’t be effected by the moisture, but you need to let most of the water drain off and then blow dry it.
That will prevent any desposits sitting on the circuitry and causing oxidation.
I’ve done this for years.
And not only on keyboards.
I’ll have to try that, someday, on an old keyboard...

The last time I got a cell phone wet, the electronics guy told me to put it on a baking sheet and put it in the oven on the lowest setting all night long (with the battery out of course)
Alas it was too late for said phone, so I never got to try it, but I will the next time!
