“But, if the election is between Rudy and Hillary - WHO WOULD YOU VOTE FOR?
A third party candidate? I consider that a wasted vote, and another vote that helps put Her HIghness in office... can we at least agree that thats the WORST CASE SCENARIO?”
Much of the GOP establishment has jumped on the Giuliani bandwagon. It is they who would be voting for Hillary by that very act, because she will win. However, I have complete faith in the establishment GOP and hangers’ on - that they will use their lack of principle to jump right off of the Giuliani bandwagon when he begins his fade.

Read the article and the thread. I am unable to distill it for you. But if you just read JimRob’s statements in the thread, it might save you lotsa time.

Really?
Shame on you EV. Shame on you.
Where were you when they were bullying me, EV, because I'm having a hard time remembering you coming to my defense.

Oooops.... Blush.... I didnt go back far enough. I was confused about which site it was. Id heard rumors like that about FR and from the way the conservation read, I thought it was JR and FR that was being talked about. Sorry about that. My mistake. Apologies to both of you. I don't mean to be crude with my words .. but where the hell have you been for the last 5-6 years ??
I know where I've been .. I've supporting this site in every way I possibilty could while dealing with real life issues at home, because I believed in this site and it's purpose to defend the constitution and our rights in this country for all americans
And you think I'm would start trashing it ??
Did you miss all those FReepathon Threads??
Did you miss all those comments on other sites like LP, Clowns and and even here by some posters .. where they called my every bleeping name in the book .. including a whore???
I've always tried to let it roll off my back .. because this site and the goals were NOT about me
It's about stoping the socialist in the dem party from trying to shut our voices down
And this thread ... well all I have to say it is .. it's sad to read it
And if that makes me a liberal troll .. then so be it
Now if you will excuse me .. but I think I need to go walk off some steam and spend some time with my family

I already have, but I wanted the condensed version as you imagine it. As best I can tell the message is: Don’t argue with JimRob. That’s not exactly breaking news on FR. LOL

Okay. I can see that your commitment to being aggrieved is more powerful than anything anyone can say to you. So, I’ll just sit back and watch.

Thats a pretty lousy straight answer. In fact, Rudy and Hillary ARE the current front-runners. Of course, things may change. Insofar as Rudy is concerned, I can even join you in hoping that things WILL change...
Sorry my answer was lousy. You'll have to upgrade your previous post if you want a less lousy answer, lol
Seriously now, I firmly believe that things WILL change, because as more time goes by, more and more GOP voters will come to understand that as a presidential candidate, Rudy is an empty suit. He is a LIBERAL. He is a pro-abortionist. He plays fast and loose with the Constitution. He spends money like water. His security credentials are a mirage. He is a 'divider not a uniter' and his nomination would result in the GOP being splintered, perhaps permanently.
The fact is, things aren't so rosy for the 'Rats either. There is a growing ABC (Anybody But Clinton) sentiment, which is why Barack Hussein Obama is literally neck and neck with the junior Senator from New York, and the extreme left wing (the Moron.Org types, Code Pinko, etc.) is not at all happy with Hillary Clinton, so if she moves left, she loses any possible support from the middle. If she stays in the middle, the left will eviscerate her.
But, if the election is between Rudy and Hillary - WHO WOULD YOU VOTE FOR? A third party candidate? I consider that a wasted vote, and another vote that helps put Her Highness in office... can we at least agree that thats the WORST CASE SCENARIO?
You can call it whatever you want, but I will never cast a vote for Rudy, nor for Hillary Clinton. They are both pro-abortion, gun-grabbing liberals and I will have nothing to do with either one of them. The respective Party organizations will be the ones responsible if their candidate(s) fail to win.
This whole 'you must vote for Rudy to keep Hillary out of the White House' is nothing but a more genteel translation of "Ja WOHL! You MUST vote for Chancellor Hitler, he is the ONLY one who can SAVE Germany!"
In times of crisis, it is a natural human tendency to want to vote for a 'strong leader' who will not only make the trains run on time, but who proclaims that he will be merciless against the enemy. But if that 'strong leader' has no moral scruples, no conscience, no principles beyond their own lust for power, then the cure will prove itself far worse than the disease.
For the GOP, Rudy is a disease. What is happening here on FR is the beginning of the cure.

No, he has fought for what is right and what JR strongly agrees with. The whole “a bully is a bully” idea is incorrect. This thread, started by the owner, has people who agree with it. The zealous Bots came here to show their horses behinds, yet again, in the face of the owner. If nobody countered the bots and engaged with them, the bots are still here. I mean it’s like saying the bullying Brits are quartering their troops, taxing us egregiously. Now, those damn Colonists are fighting back; bullies.

It is worth the effort I'm expending.
Some things are indeed worth the effort. And you told me what you dislike, but you didn't tell me what you hope to achieve.
FR's worth the effort I'm expending.
I asked about this thread, not FR in general. This thread is a dragnet, and you don't belong in it. Neither does ANYONE who doesn't have something to achieve in it.

"I would say that unity for a just cause is good for America, and that conservatives value the freedom loving individual... And it's still true. It's true that there is one area on which conservatives must be unified. Where conservatives must share a "common good," as the socialists put it. That's on valuing and fighting for individual freedom, which we get from limiting the powers of government. IMO, most of the just causes behind which Americans unite, or should unite, are linked pretty closely to this idea. But the unity has to be voluntary, or it isn't real unity.
