It was in the san diego paper today about the pig feed getting some of this, from China, but it said the urine tests of the hogs were okay? It is already here in our food chain I would guess.

They sold only whole hogs. If you had a party and needed a whole hog, you would order it in advance. On the date agreed on they would cut the head off and then saw it in half. It is part of the back home cooking here in Cal.
