From helicopter video, there appears to be no movement of people in or around this specific building and parking lot, except for law enforcement, which would suggest it’s still not safe to remove people from the building, and what ever is going on, continues.

" . . . it's hard to live in a vacuum." That's true. Even mice have trouble crawling up the tube.

We have a former astronaut who works for Jacobs on the contract I work on.
Jacobs is a pretty tight company. They acquired Sverdrup a couple of years ago.

Will do. I guess someone found out I haven’t done my weekly activity report yet so they’re making me stay until I do it.

The Johnson Space Center is in TEXAS.....a SHALL ISSUE State..
Someone will soon shoot the bastard..
Like in Virginia, also a shall issue state?

Fox News’ level of speculation, leaping to conclusions, off the cuff psychological analysis, “experts” chiming in, what-if scenarios, and general level of embellishment of this story is truly nauseating.

Thank you, her husband is a physicist also at JSC, but I don’t know what building he works out of.

Jacobs has about 500 working here in Huntsville. Several thousand worldwide.

Yes, but isn’t the sound of gunfire known as a report? So is the report being discussed actual gunfire or a report? :-)

They’re pretty sure there haven’t been any victims shot - but can’t confirm - what they don’t know is if there’s a hostage or any hostages.
HPD SWAT trying to set up communication inside now.

A Fox news analysist just stated that its hard to live in a vacuum. Yep, just about 90 seconds before reaching the point of no return. At least in space.

We’ve just been told we can leave our building but can only exit the back 2 gates. See if you see my white Honda Accord leaving. Later.

Its a Federal Installation. Guns are strictly prohibited. Anyone who shoots him will probably get fired
LOL Its a GUN FREE ZONE. That means you too, Mr meany policeman.
I think I will declare my house a burglar free zone so that I will never have to worry about burglars.

Stay safe...I am in San Antonio, but our company has many employees at JSC. I don't think they are in that particular building, but I called my boss anyway just to let him know, he knows better than I do where they are at.
Prayers for safety for all.
To: SpaceBar
I have a what if too. What if a guy went back in for something and someone started screaming and he thinks there is an invader in the building and has locked himself him?
To: Rte66
Radio here said the building the perp is in is a “communications and tracking development” building.
