FNC is carrying it.
So far he’s just giving the details of the changes that have been made by the military in and around Baghdad.

Bush will veto, but the arrogance of the Dems is shocking even after all they have done so far. This is completely unconstitutional!

WASHINGTON In another sign of Republican unease with the president’s Iraq policies, a third GOP senator expressed support Thursday for pulling U.S. forces out of Iraq under certain conditions.
Sen. Olympia J. Snowe announced she would sponsor a bill to require American commanders to plan a withdrawal within 120 days of the bill’s enactment, unless the Iraqi government meets a series of benchmarks.
“The Iraq government needs to understand that our commitment is not infinite,” said Snowe, a moderate from Maine who frequently departs from the party line.
President Bush has insisted that Congress not impose any limits on his conduct of the four-year-old war. But Snowe has taken issue with that view.
“It is our business as well,” she said Thursday.

Hi All, I’m back.
Just tuned in at the “New strategy” part of the President’s speech...did he rip Harry a new one yet? Hope I didn’t miss it.

He’s warning that the violence will continue as we move into ever more dangerous places.
Showing the bombed out buses from Wednesday. It’s horrible.

A mere seven years ago, Baldwin made Thomas the Tank Engine and the Magic Railroad and on Leno he commented he was doing it for his daughter, who means the world to him.
<Alec_Baldwin>
Yeah Jay, I made this for my daughter, Ireland.
She's 4 or 5 years old and the little pig just means the world to me.

The question is whether we and the Iraqis will give in to what al Qaida wants. We and they must not.
THe quiet tone is actually working here as he rolls out the details and the progress.

Weakness is not a plan for victory, Ms. Snowe. They can't override a veto. At least we are seeing who is on the side of America, and who is on the side of the terrorists. I will not forget who these traitors are.

They have had viable delivery's at 20 weeks now so I would go even further and make second trimester abortions illegal as well.
20 weeks is not viable. The earliest viable baby was just born a few weeks ago at 21 weeks and a few days. At that early time in a pregnancy, every week counts. The problem why babies are not typically viable before 23-24 weeks has to do with lung development. There is physically nothing there to resusitate. The buds that collect oxygen from the air have not fully developed.
But don't get me wrong. They may not be able to exist outside of the womb, but they are still alive. I think all abortions unless the mother's life is at risk are horrible and should not be allowed. The procedure which was described by the nurse was sickening.
My only point is that the pro-abortion people really cannot make a case for killing a baby after 24-26 weeks because if that baby were born, it could survive outside of the womb. And if a baby can survive outside the womb and you end its life, you are committing murder. If these sickos at NARAL cannot even concede this point, they are beyond hope and are really heartless.

Says results are uneven across the city.
Even in Sadr city we are beginning to make a difference. Reading from an article about the thanks from the people there.
Fox is going away. They just want to get the things about Reid. Too bad, this was very good and very convincing.
