TEACHERS locked classroom doors, lowered shades and kept nearly 22,000 school children inside all day today in two northern California cities after a man threatened to go on a killing spree inspired by Tuesday's mass murder at Virginia Tech university.

But suppose we start treating these threats the way we do threats and jokes at the airport.

Some guy with a history of mental illness said the same thing last year and this year in Lewiston Idaho, it was on the radio this morning... they need to find this guy, put him in concrete boots and drop him in the Snake River...
They are either released from the mental institutes they were sentenced or committed into, either walking around on day passes and expected to go back on their own by a set curfew, or placed into community living projects.
The potential for this to happen at any time in any town or city is greater than anyone can imagine, we are but one missed pill away from this tragedy repeated anytime, anywhere.
And then there is Islamic terrorism.
And gun grabbers want to DISARM everyone? HA! We need our sidearms morwe than ever in this day and age.
The killings were on MONDAY. MONDAY, not Tuesday.
My God, it's still the SAME WEEK. And we are already forgetting what day it happened?
