Thompson didn't.
That makes me apprehensive of his perception capabilities. At least Bush said he thought the SC could declare parts of it unconstitutional. [Thank goodness the FEC and some courts have better sense than Mc-F and T.]

Who's your chosen candidate, and what's his position on CFR?
