He was making a little tastless joke about the maniacs who are arming themselves with nuclear weapons to wipe out the world. You need not be amused. But do you think a laugh or two at the expense of these heartless bastards is a big deal?

It reminds me of Reagan when he thought he was off the air and joked that he had just signed legislation to outlaw the Soviet Union, saying "The bombing starts in five minutes."

The Soviets actually had nuclear weapons. They actually could destroy the world. Lighten up. It's a joke.
