OK, so he was a rude, thoughtless pig in this phone conversation, but I do have to grant him that I think he probably has a point about the behavior of both the child and the custodial mother who SHOULD see to it that the phone is turned on AND answered at the court-appointed time. His daughter has been apparently pulling these “phone tag” games on him for some time, and the father in this case dutifully making his court-ordered appointment when he’s supposed to.
“I made an a - - out of myself trying to make this call . . . You have insulted me for the last time. You don’t have the brains or the decency as a human being.”
Sounds like he is describing himself.
Alec Baldwin is certifiable. He should be sentenced to the rest of his life in a rubber room. At times he sounds a lot like that nutjob who killed those kids in Virginia Tech.

Has everyone noticed that in his ranting and raving, it’s all about him? She has “humiliated” him, etc.
I am not a psychiatrist, (I do play one here on FreeRepublic, though), but I think he has a personality disorder. (like my x-wife). Much of his ranting sounds very familiar to me.

Mr. Baldwin is a big star and you must not say bad things about him. Imagine what life would be like if he were to decide we weren't worth his time and and withdraw the gift of his celebrity from us. He could even move to Canada! Can you imagine how dark and miserable our lives would be, then?
I for one can't live like that. So be nice to him. Love him. Worship him. Do what he wants! To do otherwise is playing with fire!
If you're lucky he will just come out there and straighten you out!

I think less of his wife for making this public. He was bad but then not all that bad to his daughter.
