How better to forestall prosecution for said offenses than to go after and have the person that would need to pursue charges between a rock and a hard place and rendered mute in his job, that person being the Attorney General of the US.

Well, you can do like the goofy left tries to do, wait until one of them shows up some where and try to place them under citizen's arrest.

I love it when they do that...I LMAO every time I see those videos of the nutjobs being drug off by the cops while they're screaming that they are trying to place Rove under arrest

I wonder if a private think thank might be able to press a suit against the traitors?

If not, maybe we could do it symbolically and by creating a “shadow court” and put them on trial on some kind of Internet blog. Hear arguments form both sides and have the members vote. Then award any politician or movie star found guilty a “high crimes and treason” award.

It requires the sworn testimony of two witnesses to an act of treason (ie. working with a foreign nation to overthrow the parent nation). You can read all about it here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Treason

“With the recent news of outright subversion of both our troops and President which multiple members of FR have responded to as being treason ...”

Dude, your living a witness to the truth — those who serve the coolaid somehow always end up drinking it.

You can’t criminalize the opposition no matter how perverse their agenda. That’s what it means to live in the land of the free. If that gets your goat, you might want to investigate Zimbabwe’s immigration policies. Me, I’d rather focus on voting them out than wasting time and energy indulging the fantasies of a few Freepers with delusions of power.

You should thank God you live in a country where the political opposition can’t be criminalized. It’s the only solace some of us have if Hillary ends up President. Just say no to two-parts passion and three-parts ignorance. And you better get good at it, because there’s a lot of that going around.

Peace.

I’ve been suggesting whenever I see it for the Hanoi Jane Fonda threads that any freeper could citizen-arrest her under a citizen’s arrest provisions. It would apply to any law that you’ve seen broken by that perrson, so it’s no different for treason. Even if the citizen’s arrest goes nowhere, the publicity would generate much of the same desired effect. It’s a distinct possibility that Jane decided NOT to go on her peace tour due to the posted intentions of some freepers.

So if you feel strongly about it, prepare a statement and call the police and arrest the person, in public, and hand over the person in custody to the local police with your sworn affidavit that you will testify against this person in open court. I don’t know if the police are obligated to arrest under citizen arrest circumstances; I heard differing opinions from police officers on that issue. Most of them said that the other person could turn right around and have you arrested, so be prepared to spend the night in jail for your troubles.

Back when this was a civilized nation they would just have a detail of troops go over to the SOB's house and make an arrest.

The army is going to have to be employed against domestic enemies, just takes the right guy in the WH to make it happen.

With the recent news of outright subversion of both our troops and President which multiple members of FR have responded to as being treason, is there any way for a normal citizen to force an indictment / investigation / etc.?

You can write your congresscritter, but you'd have better luck spitting in the wind.

If you get an answer, I’ll sign on with it ... I want Harry Reid either imprisoned or in front of a court ordered firing squad. And we won’t even get to Nancy pseudo-president Pelosi.

Thank you for your post. I am not sure what to do myself. I have asked Cavuto to have me on the show again to address the remarks that were made. I am happy to see on this post, that you are willing to stand up and do something if it is possible. The problems right now stem from people lurking in the dark and stepping on the genuine ideas of those willing to act. You can start by calling in to some of the radio programs, etc. Please encourage all people in the service to go to Michelle Malkin’s web page and write a letter to Harry Reid. People can make a difference if they stand up for what they believe in. Thank you for your post.

Think you'd have a better chance charging Bush with treason. He swore to defend the U.S. against all enemies, foreign and domestic.

"As a former governor, I know that enforcing the law and the border is especially important to the communities along the border. Illegal immigration puts pressure on our schools and hospitals -- I understand that. I understand it strains the resources needed for law enforcement and emergency services. And the vicious human strugglers -- smugglers and gangs that bring illegal immigrants across the border also bring crime to our neighborhoods and danger to the highways. Illegal immigration is a serious challenge. And our responsibility is clear: We are going to protect the border."

               - George W. Bush

1) He works behind the scenes ith a private organization whose primary agenda is the end of national sovereignty to create a "North American Community".
2) He supports the implementation of Regional NGO policies that would among other things, establish a common security perimeter for Mexico, U.S. and Canada allowing the "free flow of people within North America"
3) He establishes policy allowing 100 Mexican trucking companies UNRESTRICTED ACCESS to the United States.

Even though his law enforcement agencies have advised him of the risks...

DEA

"Traffickers use tractor/trailers, trucks, vans and cars, as well as commercial trains, aircraft, Federal Express, and airborne courier services to smuggle drugs into and through the area. Use of the passenger rail system to move contraband is significant."

HOMELAND SECURITY

"In the week of August 7-13, 2006, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) apprehended 1055 non-Mexican illegal aliens at the Southern border, and released only 7 non-Mexican illegal aliens."

WHITE HOUSE

"Our skilled immigration security officers are also going against some of the most dangerous people in our society -- smugglers, terrorists, gang members and human traffickers. In Arizona, we have prosecuted more than 2,300 smugglers bringing drugs, guns and illegal immigrants across the border. As a part of Operation Community Shield, federal agents have arrested nearly 1,400 gang members who were here illegally, including hundreds of members of the violent Latin American gangs like MS-13."

FBI

"One of the most significant ramifications of the unrest along the border has been a string of kidnappings involving U.S. citizens. Between May 2004 and May 2005, there have been 35 reported abductions of U.S. citizens in this region (much larger numbers of Mexican citizens have been abducted along the border. From January to mid-August 2005, 202 kidnappings occurred in the Mexican state of Tamaulipas, the Gulf Cartel's operational center, which includes the cities of Matamoros, Nuevo Laredo, and Reynosa.) Thirty-four of these abductions occurred in Nuevo Laredo and involved U.S. citizens who had crossed the border. Twenty-three victims were released by their captors, nine victims remain missing, and two are confirmed dead."

"These numbers likely represent only a fraction of the actual occurrences, because many kidnappings of U.S. citizens go unreported."

DEPARTMENT of JUSTICE

"Criminal groups, particularly Mexican, and to a lesser extent outlaw motorcycle gangs (OMGs), particularly Outlaws, Pagan's, and Hells Angels, transport drugs into and through North Carolina in private and commercial vehicles on interstate highways. Drugs usually are concealed in false compartments in private vehicles or among legitimate goods, such as produce and furniture, in commercial vehicles. Mexican criminal groups, in particular, take advantage of the large volume of goods shipped in tractor-trailers from Mexico to North Carolina to transport drugs into the state. Industries in Mexico shipped 553,742 tons of legitimate goods to North Carolina in tractor-trailers in 2000."

To: TheZMan; All

I just emailed this to the DOJ (askdoj@usdoj.gov).

Dear Sir or Madam, to whom it may concern,

In reference to recent treasonous and seditious acts on the part of:
a) Harry Reid, Senator, Nevada
b) Nancy Pelosi, Congresswoman, Speaker of the House, California

I hereby request an investigation on grounds of both the Alien and Sedition Acts of 1798, and U.S. Code Title 18, Part 1, Chapter 115, Section 2381.

By Nancy Pelosi’s visit to foreign nations subverting Presidential authority meeting with leaders of nations the U.S. has declared state sponsors of terrorism, and Harry Reid’s now world-recognized statement that “the war is lost” in addition to further statements falsely representing the opinions of the secretary of state and secretary of defense.

By their actions, multiple violations of the aforementioned laws have occurred and should be recognized as illegal activity; the most obvious of which is providing aid and comfort to the enemy.

Thank you for your time,
xxx
