Let’s for the sake of argument assume that global warming is manmade.
Why do we have to assume that the changes it brings about are negative? Perhaps Global Warming will be a net positive, as in more areas that can grow food.
That being said I believe this whole Global Warming thing is a bunch of hooey.

I figure if Greenalnd and the Antartic (the only masses of ice above sea level) should melt the sea level would rise about 250 feet. So what. Those who live below 250 feet should move.

Sea levels are currently rising about 0.04 to 0.08 inches (1 to 2 millimeters) each yearRelative to what? Nice to know the global warming crowd knows the center of the Earth to the millimeter in relation to the Solar System, this region of the Milky Way, our Galaxy at large, and the Universe as whole.

Gee, at .04 inches per year 100 feet would be 1200 inches, which means that in 25000 years, coastal folks should start to be really concerned!

If San Francisco is included what is the down side?? Because of the hills and high rises, 54.3% of the population of SF would be above the 100 ft mark.

The team also found that a 100-foot (30-meter) rise in sea level would cover 3.7 million square miles of land worldwide. Did 'the team' calculate how much water is required for the sea level to rise 100 ft?

The hyperbole is getting greater, and more frantic...
And SOCIALISM/Wealth redistribution is the only thing that will save us.
You’ll notice they fail to mention that sea levels were 10-15 HIGHER during the 10th-11th centuries, than they are today?
