Does Charlton Heston know that he is being (mis)represented as supporting paleoPaulie in 2008?

I doubt he knows it as there is no record of Heston supporting a "paleoPaulie" other than the faulty premises in your questions.

Do you think it is moral behavior to misappropriate the good name and good reputation of Charlton Heston as though he would support paleotrash like the squishball paleoPaulie (Ron Paul for those in Rio Linda) for POTUS in 2008?

As an example of my questions: Where is the faulty premise in the question of whether the constitution has provision for the US Air Force or whether there is a constitutional provision allowing the Louisiana Purchase, the Gadsden Purchase, and the Alaska Purchase. I ask such questions of those who like to hide behind the constitution to justify their allergy to war. Did not paleoPaulie himself just vote to further fund the war he claims is unconstitutional? Is he an enemy of the constitution that he likes to hide behind?
