Well maybe that is the American way. Out here in Northern California they fish out the Sea Urchins and remove a small part and ship that to Japan. It’s seen as a delicacy over there. Aphrodisiac to them.

What a weird word, “It’s”, I don’t know how I did that! Supposed to be it’s...

Well if you ever get to Ogden UT, there’s one place you can get excellent grits...called Karen’s Cafe...surprisingly southern style, slow cooked and good.

Always good to know when you can find good stuff.

Ogden has one of the best yarn stores and one of the best cross stitch supply stores, too...

All three things are worth remembering. And they are all within 3 blocks of each other.
