Juan Hernandez ASKS YOU to speak out on Immigration

When it comes to immigration, it seems the chaos on the border is exceeded only by the chaos in Washington.

That is especially curious since Members of Congress are usually famous for being able to read which way the political wind is blowing. In this case, however, it appears they would be well served to commit to reading the results of a recent, reputable bi-partisan national survey of voter attitudes on immigration.

What its findings show is not at all startling, and is indeed testimony to the common sense of US Americans.

With solutions to border, immigration, and guest worker issues so logical and obvious, it can only be the handiwork of feuding Washington special interest groups to have befuddled and complicated what is clear and simple.

I felt bad after pushing the SEND button, knowing that I most likely offended you. Watching you on the O'Reilly show I guess I deducted that you aren't easily offended. Maybe you expected more from an Anglo who came to pour out his entire life in a country that wasn't his own.

I always tried to tell the leaders in the Apostolic Movement, that looking UP at the building looks different than being at the top looking down. I'm here in the trenches, and every day I am faced with the issues to see if I'll compromise on Principles, Law, legality even when I am NOT in accord with the law. I make choices daily to abide by the rules.

Mari Santos tried several times, and got to the USA with Manuel Santos, gave birth to a baby in North Brunswick N.J., sent the child with border crossers, took it to be raised by the Mixteco Mom in Oaxaca. After 4 years, they had the same traffic crossers get the baby back into the USA. Mari and Manuel are part of a worship team in the USA.

Celso Bautista left his wife, Maria Augustina who comes faithfully to church. His 3 boys are adamant and angry. His dad Celso forged papers, lied, borrowing fake I.D, and now he wants to bring them all to the USA. Neither the wife or boys want to go.

Santos left his wife Vicki for our church to care for, left 3 girls, they are now divorced. Going to the USA for some disintegrates family. Sometimes the long absence men in the USA get a 2nd wife.

Jose Aguilar stole bicycles, jumped bail, fled to Tampa, and raises tropical fish. He broke the heart of a little girl he left behind.

Casimiro I hope to see in San Bernadino, and show him pictures of his son Adrian who married Concepcion Castillo. Oscar the son at a bonfire at church says if he ever sees his dad, he would like to kill him. Casimiro killed Cecilio on the road in Avandaro, an 18 yr. old whose life was snuffed out.

Eliseo Gutierrez, son of difunto Victoriano Gutierrez, abandoned Oliva with 5 daughters. She prostituted and got pregnant with the school teacher, Oliva is sister to Hermelinda, both from Ciudad Hidalgo, Mich. They both came to our church.

Edgar and Claudia, we gave them $50 a week, built them a house, and they went to the USA> He changed his name to Epifanio, and the three kids were then called Veronica, Carmen, and Antonio.. He called me and wanted me to get people as contract laborers to clean hotels, he would be responsible to get them across the border. They don't speak to me now.

Omar and Yolanda, he got caught in Ft. Worth with Cocaine, deported, and she went back with a sister's borrowed passport. They flagrantly violate laws, and mysteriously with bribes became owners of an artesian well, a spring that belonged to the Ejido of Casas Viejas.

Hencha and Chente, their daughter went to work in New York, brought a baby to them, a CPU, video equipment and lives in New York.

Mauricio was with his brother Franco Alberto, in a taxi in Valle de Bravo, police MAN and police WOMAN on a 4 wheel all terrain vehicle were offended because the driver Franco Alberto insulted the 'lover', the Police WOMAN who was riding behind. Point blank 1 gun fire shot to the heart, Franco Alberto died. Police stole the family pick up and warned them to GET OUT. I went on the WEB to report Police Abuse, about 3,000 pages already posted. Maurico left his kids with his mother Silvia.

Veronica Almazan left her 3 kids with her mom, and sends money. I honestly don't think it's a GOOD moral decision for workers to abandon their little ones for such extended periods.

Miguel Marcos went to work in Joplin, Mo at Tysen Poultry. He changed his name to Carlos. When he got back his daughter did NOT recognize him as the dad, and the Grandpa was called Papito. Miguel said it was a BAD thing to go to the USA>

Juan Lesama and Yuyi said he really woke up to the fact that it wasn't GOD"S WILL for him to be working in Pizza Parlors in New York. He heard the Fellowship of Businessmen people speak, had faith to SELL Chinese Food out of an Ice Chest to keep it hot, his wife prepared at home. Today he has 2 Restaurants and 18 employees.

So after reading YOUR book Juan, for every case YOU come up with, I can match 2 negative cases that it would have been better for the U.S and other nations to bring up the living standards in Central American and Mexico, creating a business friendly culture in their countries of origin.

AND.....and. I have talked to the Immigration People in Toluca, and they said that the stories they have collected of the PAIN, loss of money, and risks that people take to get to the USA, is absolutely insane. They need to tell people that the solutions in life are not in the USA, but on bended knee, before a Throne of Grace, where people obtain Mercy.

I really don't think as a Christian I want to equate the Civil Rights movement of the South, with the plight of the Hispanics in the USA. MOST of them have gone in the pursuit of MONEY. And the LOVE of MONEY is the ROOT of ALL evil.

I've never gotten a personal response to ANY of your emails. But I figured you've chose the ARENA and ring you are fighting in. I know the friends who knew YOU when you were the young guy with a guitar and a Bible are confused as am I. Christians historically were taught to obey the laws of the land. Jeremiah encouraged the people in Babylon to learn the language, adapt, and get along. Daniel, always obeyed the law, UNTIL it violated God's Law.

I believe with my whole heart, that there IS provision in Mexico for people who seek first the Kingdom of God. Matt 6:33

Juan needs to get rid of the goatee and stop slicking his hair back.

Would you buy a used car from Juan? Enough said.
