I’m not disparaging his service to our country, just noting he didn’t have much of a choice in the first place due to the family history and pressure from his father the Admiral.
Its worth remembering less than 5% of the total living population in this country has served in the military. Using it as a ‘benchmark’ is ridiculous as it relates to hiring a President in my opinion.
