Sorry, but I don’t think those with “green cards” should be eligible for gun permits. Its just too easy for the bodies to quickly pile up at the hands of someone who is here “on probation”. All to often “Immigration” has no clue who these people are.
My wife is a resident alien. She asked a local dealer if she could buy a weapon for me as a surprise gift. They said “no.”
