The 40 most successful people will pay 99% of everyone's income taxes.

This is the telling statistic. 40% pay 99% of the taxes, 60% PAY VIRTUALLY NOTHING!

But it works the other way too:

that richest 40% also owns 99% of the country’s assets, no?

And the poorest 40% own less than 1%, right?
