IMO, Republican and pro-2nd Amendment types should be all over this. Sadly, the gutless wonders roll over and take it, and allow the gun-grabbers to make hay out of this. I'd like to hear someone ask the Prez about "stricter gun laws" in the wake of this shooting, and I'd like to see the Prez say "
Stricter gun laws? Are you crazy? Don't you see that some armed students and faculty might have saved a lot of lives?!"
But, he lacks the cojones to say any such thing.
Don’t jump to conclusions about Bush over gun control, you may be right, but remember, Bush fought tooth and nail for the CCW in Texas and that was a hell of fight for him. If you know anything about Texas Government you’ll know that the Governor has no real power in this State and he won that fight with both hands tied behind his back.
