WTF? He’s here only eight months, and in that time phones in three bomb scares to test security, gets two illicit firearms, an ammo vest (and possibly Kevlar), plus a stack of magazines and ammo?

I’m hearing rumors that the police are worried there were multiple gunman and they are trying to piece everything back together. They have differing descriptions about the look of the gunman
