The site with the scanner must be really getting hit hard. I had been getting page load errors. Last time I tried to get there, I got a one line screen that said:
OOPS! Top Secret Information Here. No admittance without the secret password!
You might keep trying this direct MS link. Copy and paste it into MS Player ‘open file’:
