i came home in a weird mood.
Oh crap, Texas? Ummmm, I’ll need that credit card number to book my flight from NY. And the rides to and fro the airports. Guess I better make you a meal fit for a King w/ all that charging! Oh yeah, and I’ll need some stuff from the duty free shop too, honeybuns!
But this is false - The Left can't be saved. Our only duty at this point is to do what we can to ensure that they don't draw us into the maelstrom with them
When I was in high school, I thought the liberals could be reasoned with. I had a lot of frustration that they couldn't be. By the time I hit college, I had realized that we spoke entirely different languages, words DID NOT MEAN the same thing to us as to them
Later, I encountered the concept of the 'world-view', and everything suddenly made sense. I knew they could not be reasoned with. All that could be done is a) mock them, which I certainly enjoy doing, and b)continuously point out to them where their world view fails to correspond with reality. Not that either does much good, but it certainly less frustrating than trying to find a non-existent common ground.
If women don’t need men then why do they want to even bother to get married?
Wait, I know. It’s so they can sucker a man in and then divorce him and have him pay off their college, credit card debt, steal half his property and get a house and car paid for. Women are being taught that men are only good for their wallets.

You have two different MINDSETS between liberals and conservatives. It’s like being on two different PLANETS, chesley. I believe the liberal mindset to be demonic in nature and, unfortunately, some of our pubbies are falling for it, too. It’s deception and very subtle at that.
It’s taken me a lot of years too to get my life to where it is now (I’m 68 and been a Christian since I was 30). I’m only now beginning to really believe and trust that what God says in His Word is for ME, not just everyone else. I’ve had to go through a few years of illness, heart attacks, surgeries and dialysis to get to this point because I’ve seen God’s grace through all of it. All this will come to you as well and in perhaps strange and sometimes difficult ways but keep persevering. He loves you!
I’m not crazy about them either. We used to go to a castle on the St. Lawrence for ministry on weekends and the bats loved circling around us at night. Many times our husbands got up and shooed them out with a broom or some other object. It was worth it, though, to be there. Spiders abounded in that place but they pretty much stayed on the ceiling until they got vacuumed up.
I know. My husband likes watching them on television but he hates them as much as I do. Go figure. I go out of the room or switch it to something else. I dream about them too many times and it’s scary.
“Hi Ken, nice to meet you! Ahem....(waiting with outstretched hand for credit card), moma needs a new pair of shoes, oh, and a bag to match the new pair of shoes, oh yeah, might as well get a new ensamble to go with the new shoes and new bag!!! And when I get home I will make you a nice homemade dinner!!! Deal?”
