Yes, it has been this way for a long time, but it now really is getting much worse. There are more Hispanics. Those Hispanics are more “ghetto” than previous Hispanics. They are stuck in ghettos with a black population that is itself more ghetto than they used to be, because many blacks have gotten out. The rest of California has skyrocketing real estate costs that they can’t afford. Law enforcement is feebler than it’s ever been. Just as media doesn’t want to hear about whites attacked by blacks, it also doesn’t want to hear about blacks attacked by Hispanics. The size, frequency, and ferocity of black vs. Mexican clashes is increasing.

Enjoyed this little gem from the article. Correction: “In the past, non-Hispanic whites...” were PROSECUTED for most hate crimes. The hate crimes laws have never been equally enforced. Must be a worrying trend that whitey can’t be blamed for hate crimes anymore.
Plus these are all obviously taxpaying legal immigrants. That’s why the reporter referred to them as “being Hispanic”.
