You’re missing the point many of us “badass guardians of the ecosystem sissies with small penises” are making.
The cats owned/kept by people are subject to the same rules as any other pet owner, yet cat owners somehow think they’re above the law in letting their cats roam.
I don’t give a good flying damn who you are. Cat owners are still subject to the same rules as any other pet owner and if I catch one in my yard without a tag or collar, it’s going to the pound and they can put a needle in its leg for all I care. Sorry cat, your OWNER let you down, not me.
