Sorry, this was done with a Pubbie congress, led by Frist. Of all the things he could have used some political clout to get done, this was by far the most stupid. Just another of the reasons they lost both houses...JFK

Do you own casino stocks? Those are the interests that pushed this legislation in the first place. The Pubs were paid off by gambling concerns to put this in an unrelated piece of legislation.
