Hey. Having money is an advantage, but it does not excuse injustices to the possesor of it. Leviticus 19:15 ( 15 " 'Do not pervert justice; do not show partiality to the poor or favoritism to the great, but judge your neighbor fairly. That being said, wouldn't it be better to reform the system so that prosecutors were afraid to abuse their powers like that??

Truly. If a judgement of willful misconduct were likely to land a prosecutor in jail for the term that his victims had been subjected to were a possibility, a lot more ethical prosecutorial conduct would be swiftly forthcoming.
