Politics: If you were wondering about the Democrats' evolving foreign policy, wonder no more. They've made it clear they'll flatter and talk to anyone, even terrorists. They just won't talk to President Bush.
Fresh from the diplomatic travesty of her trip to the Mideast, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has let it be known that she, along with Tom Lantos, chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, might soon journey to Iran to talk to the mullahs and their terror-supporting sheriff, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.
According to Lantos, he and Pelosi are just executing "an alternative Democratic foreign policy." That is, an "alternative" to the one the Constitution authorizes the one and only president of the United States to conduct.

[In Tom Lantos voice]: “Eefen General Borrrrda knew vat to do in dis situation.”
If they are in fact conducting a separate foreign policy, we have the equivalent of a coup in progress. They need to be arrested and put into cells at Leavenworth.
Re: Speaker Pelosi and Tom Lantos
To whom it may concern:
Nancy Pelosi and Tom Lantos have probably broken The Logan Act when they went on their unauthorized diplomacy trip to visit enemies of our country. Lantos announced, We have an alternative Democratic foreign policy.
There have been a few editorials that were unfavorable for these actions but not one of the elected Republicans have asked for a hearing. Why not?
I want Pelosi and Lantos held accountable for their actions. I want a hearing. I want to have telephone records, e-mails, any correspondence subpoenaed and I want those records scrutinized. How do you know that they did not harm our efforts in the War on Terror if you do not look into these matters?
Lantos says he wants to go to Iran. He thinks Pelosi may want to go to. Even though her aide says she is not going how does one know? They need to be stopped for the protection of America, the War on Terror and last, but not least, our troops.
