I sincerely hope the three sue this gutless POS and the 88 racist professors spitless.
Perhaps if the Duke Alumni announce their intent to with-hold all donations while this senseless clown is running the institution, it may have an impact.

Put on Court TV. They are doing a roundtable discussion about the case with a bunch of their anchors. Notably missing????
Nancy Grace. Ha

The finding that these students were innocent means nothing to the leftist race pimps. You’re still guilty, even if proven innocent.

From the outset, I have been careful to note that these students were entitled to the presumption of innocence and I looked to the legal system to determine the merit of the charges. As they say in old Mehico: Toro-Caca!
As they say in old Germany, Haufenmist!

Didn’t exactly “cover yourself with glory” during this ugly incident did you Mr. Brodhead?

Besides having deep pockets, I dont know what civil liability Duke U has in this case.It is going to be fun seeing what the Tort Bar comes up with on this one. For once I'm going to be cheering them on.

“From the outset, I have been careful to note that these students were entitled to the presumption of innocence and I looked to the legal system to determine the merit of the charges. Now, finally, that process has given us a decision based on a thorough and objective review of the evidence. This is what we have all needed from the start.”

There’s nothing wrong with Ms Nelson that a good session at the hair stylist couldn’t fix.
Oh, and a personality transplant too. Almost forgot that part.

Thanks for the ping.
Jami Floyd, of CourtTV, just said that these boys, who do not need the money, should just move on. “They have resources;they have smart parents with money.”
She is despicable.

Thanks, I don't know enough of the facts of this case, but I'd have bet she was when I heard that.
This team on Court TV needs to be completely cleaned out.
Right before this show, Jami Floyd's last word, she said that as a black female, she SO MUCH wanted to believe the accuser's story. Can you believe that? Didn't matter if it was true, she just wanted to believe.
To: toldyou
They’ve been wrong about everything on this case so far; why should we pay attention now?

I have been careful to note that these students were entitled to the presumption of innocence...... although I was careful never to do it in public until now.
/A coward, and a hypocrite.
To: A Citizen Reporter
Well, I wanted so badly to believe the boys.
But, of course, I am white.
