No, that would be considered "cultural", art and free speech. Rush, Hannity, Levin, etc.....now that's "hate speech" where the left is concerned.

No, that is a different “industry” to Sharpton and one which he prefers not to touch, since the black element of it is money-making and he can call it something other than it is (i.e., degrading to women “Did I hear some lyrics about rape in there?”, violence-provoking, filty language and all). We will see him dance around the truth and act like it doesn’t matter at all. The only thing that matters to Sharpton is Sharpton. Oh, yes, and getting Imus fired. That’s a big one to him. That puts Sharpton back on the map.
