The same kind of memory reasoning also sent Scooter Libby to jail for misattributing what he heard from others to Tim Russert. Libby now faces 10-30 years in a federal prison for this "misattribution."

I think the Duke Lacrosse players should be prosecuted for even considering paying money to see that hideous “thing”, and then given more charges for then considering wanting to “do any deeds” with her. That is the real crime.
