Despite congressional opposition, the Bush administration is fully committed to beginning within weeks a pilot test that will allow Mexican trucks to operate freely across the U.S.
A spokesman for the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, Ian Grossman, told WND the agency plans to grant the first authority for a Mexican trucking company to operate its long-haul rigs throughout the U.S. as early as the end of this month.

Bill Clinton is the idiot that started this ball rolling. and if I remember correctly I think he was a DEMOCRAT. The time has come for WE THE PEOPLE to quit party bashing and stand up and make our voices heard to the dummies in Washington. After all that is how this country was founded. By the people for the people. I think those in Washington have lost track of that. But it is really our own fault. For too long we have sat idle and kinda said “ah what can I do. I’ll just let someone else do something about it.” We are letting our country slip through our hands. And if we don’t do something soon. It may be too late. Everyone needs to contact the department of transportation and let them know how bad of an idea this really is.
