On Wednesday Sen. Hillary Clinton joined the attack on Don Imus, saying the talk-show host’s comments about the Rutgers University women’s basketball team showed "small-minded bigotry and coarse sexism.”
In a mass e-mail sent to her closest supporters, the Democratic presidential hopeful wrote: "This year the Rutgers women’s basketball team defied the odds and lived up to their dreams, providing inspiration to every little boy and girl beginning to pick up a ball or open a book . . .
"Don Imus’ comments about them were nothing more than small-minded bigotry and coarse sexism. They showed a disregard for basic decency and were disrespectful and degrading to African-Americans and women everywhere.”
Clinton called on e-mail recipients to join her in sending the Rutgers women a message of respect and support.
Sen. Clinton does not always sign her name to e-mails sent to her supporters, instead using surrogates such as campaign officials.
But this time Sen. Clinton may have had a personal motive to take on Imus. Clinton’s e-mail blast could easily be viewed as payback against Imus for constantly attacking her on the air — even referring to her often as "satan” or the "devil."
Any voter who casts a ballot for Hillary will be declaring war on America. Plain and simple. She stands for nothing but herself - and her meal ticket Bubba.
It would be more patriotic to write in Hilary Duff for president than vote for Hillary Rodham. Hilary Duff undoubtedly cares more about this country than Hillary Rodham does, and at least Duff doesn't have a husband who goes around poking women in every consensual AND non-consensual situation he can find.
Hillary Rodham will be playing the gender card more and more as this election heats up. Her own qualifications for the job are so weak that her best rallying cry will be to tell voters it's time to put a woman --- any woman will do --- in the White House. This Imus-Rutgers story plays right into that theme. Any American who buys what Hillary sells them deserves the harmful consequences that will result. Unfortunately, the rest of us will suffer, as well.
Nice sign, FreeThinker. Maybe Chris Hansen of Dateline NBC should set up shop in Little Rock or in Chappaqua, N.Y. Wouldn’t be surprised if Bubba himself walked in with his boxers around his ankles.
I guess we shouldn’t be surprised that the MSM fails to question Hillary about her husband’s ACTIONS against women even as she lashes out at Imus for his WORDS against women.
In Bubba’s case with Juanita, his ACTIONS were VIOLENT. In Imus’ case with Rutgers, his WORDS were meant to be COMEDIC. However, in Hillary’s twisted view, it’s much worse to be called a “ho” by a comic than it is to be RAPED by a dirtbag politician, as long as that dirtbag politician happens to be Hillary’s Oval Office meal ticket of a husband.

Hillary has been busy campaigning. Doubt she really follows Rutgers womens basketball and knew of their team league standing before the Imus incident.

Imus regularly calls her EVIL and SATAN, and a buck-toothed fat pig. He recently said he would NOT vote for her and would vote for Rudy or McCain instead.
But he's no BIGOT! He's probably done more for the black kids in NY than she could have ever imagined doing.
Is there NOT one black parent, whose kid has benefited directly or indirectly from Imus's charity who will come forward to speak a kind word on his behalf? Just one...hello???
