If I had a child currently enrolled at Duke, I would allow them to finish semester...then have child transfer to another school, period!
If I had a child planning to attend Duke, I would not allow them to attend Duke, period!
I hope Duke and professors are sued for slander and whatever else will stick for megabucks by the 3 lacrosse innocent players.
University presidents have been fired for far less. Duke would do itself a great service if they did so.
The job of DA should not exist and needs to be abolished; it's a magnet for psychopaths like Fong, Janet Reno, or Ronnie Earle. We need to bag the "adversarial system of justice" altogether and move to an inquisitorial system like France has. NOBODY should ever have any sort of a money or career incentive to put people in prison, period.
Duke would have to ****can its entire admin and the rogue faculty elements AND move out of Durham NC before I’d consider sending a kid there.

It is time to debar LieFong, frog march him to criminal courts to be tried for conspiracy and malfeasance. Then frog march him over to civil trials by the players and their parents, the coaches and anyone who came close to being lynched by the black racist and mediots of America.

I was talking to a friend of mine at work. He says a cousin of his has a kid who is great in basketball. He was being courted by several schools to sign for a full ride scholarship. Duke approached him trying to recruit him but the kid turned them down flat. Saying that he did not want to go to a place like Duke where he could be railroaded to jail for nothing.

All the more reason to harbor a general disdain for cops and prosecutors.
