There is a lesson to be learned for all men on this one. If you want to have a party with a stripper go to a strip bar (witnesses). Whether it be a bachelor party or just a beer bash for the team. Sure you pay a bit more for the drinks but it sure beats attorney fees for a year to get you out of a false charge of rape. This, of course, will cut into the profits of these "stripper delivery services", as well it should. They can do anything they want to you (as the purchaser of their "talent") up to and including extortion.
I shutter to think of the times that this very thing could have happened to friends of mine. It just isn't worth it.

Timydnuc is right on target. While these boys are certainly innocent of rape, they are guilty of being a$$holes (not a crime in most states). I am convinced that these guys were less than polite to the strippers and I suspect that the N word was liberally tossed around. The stripper responded with the most effective tool at her disposal....an accusation of rape.
I would like to believe that young men around the country will learn something from this, but somehow I think they won't.

Careful now, some around here will label you and your friends “perverted”.
