The bald headed guy on the left of the split screen wants everyone to know that all is OK now.
Kind of like, hey no harm done here, let’s move along.
Geez.

Can’t we get some people who can just report the news, instead of these drama queens and hucksters?

He is absolutely livid about the lack of DNA evidence and the fact Nifong knew this before he actually charged the guys.
It was really a drama queen moment but just wait........ the military is given a troop deployment update and good old Shep will go bonkers again. He’s nothing if not predictable.
Probably not as dramatic as the just evidenced episode though.

You know that’s a pipe dream. Gotta keep those drama queens on the payroll.
I’d think CBS may be rethinking the 15 mil they are paying the perky one each year.

this will continue to happen daily until prosecutors are held accountable for their excesses
prosecutors are mostly short, poorly endowed and emotionally stilted wanna-bees
consider this when next some one swoons over Rudy
.

Regardless of the reasons this case was pushed forward, the result was wrong. Today, we need to learn from this and keep it from happening again to anybody."
And so the door to lawsuits against Duke, Nifong, the Dirty 88, and the accuser squeaks open....
Go git'em, boys!

I haven’t watched Shep Smith in a very long time. What’s he melting down about?

Shockingly tough statement.
Even proposing a law to stop overreaching prosecutors.
My feeling this would be a simple “evidence does not suggest the events occurred as alleged” is completely untrue
