My question: When's the last time this much attention given to the rappers that use similar or worse terms for women? There is definitely a double standard.

Is it just my boob tube, or does MSNBC have the presser on a time delay? It’s coverage seems to be running a few seconds behind the other news nets.

woke up to it and just was cringing when I saw it on...but this woman speaking...she is fantastic and now I’m pissed off at Imus! Of course it’s been blown way out of proportion...and I’m personally relieved it’s a liberal instead of a conservative for a change.
Let’s hope this righteous indignation becomes directed at the biggest criminal of this particular crime: RAP MUSIC.

Is absolutely everyone who was offended by Imus going to have a press conference? Who is shocked that he is a jerk? I thought we already knew that.

When rap became mainstream, they had to cancel the Miss Black America beauty pageant.
Because no girl wanted to be known as “Miss Idaho”.

The thing that is being missed out here is that Coach Summitt of the Lady Vols earned her 7th (SEVENTH) National Championship.
Isn't that the story?
Oh... what? Too positive? No victim?
OK. Let's go back to a joke told about a group of college basketball players for 30 seconds on a radio show. That's a bigger story.
