Is Kikkoman (low sodium) real or artificial?

Why, it's "All Natural".

“Is Kikkoman (low sodium) real or artificial?”

The “Regular” says “Naturally Brewed”.

Contents: Water, Wheat, Soybeans, Salt and Sodium Benzoate.

Funny, it doesn’t have the “Made in Wisconsin” label it used to have.

BTW - The low sodium version is just watered down. It’s like selling “Low Sodium” salt. When I make a beef jerky cure I just cut the regular Kikkoman with about 25% - 50% water.

Otherwise it will pickle your kidneys!
