What makes you think the Rutgers team want to meet with him? So he can give some phony apology to try and keep his job. I certainly wouldn’t want to listen he had to say. I hope this turkey loses his job, he’s been getting away with this crap for years. Many have been fired for a lot less.

Ridiculous. Imus losing his job would not do one thing to improve or upgrade the level of discourse, respect and morality in this country. His apology might be phony as you suggest, so is the outrage that concludes firing is the appropriate response. Turn him off...I did years ago.

I didn't say that he was to meet them. He owes them an apology. Either they receive it or they do not.

I think you need to go back and reread my posts... you and I are in agreement.
