I think Imus should have apologized to the girl's team nationally because he insulted the team nationally. Beyond that, I would not have accepted his apology if I were a member of the team. Neither would I give him another thought. Nor would I afford Sharpton or Jesse Jackson the platform to use me and my team to advance their socialist, RAT, agendas. The little bit of Rush I heard today was a woman caller who essentially said that Blacks don't wilt because somebody says something mean about them and she was sick and tired of being portrayed that way. You don't empower others by playing the role they cast for you. Imus and his current defender Howard Stern are cut from the same cloth of making a living demeaning others and if that wasn't bad enough, neither is real smart to begin with. Mean and stupid with national microphones. I hope those Republicans who have thought they gained something from being on the Imus show may now open their eyes to what many of us see and stop giving him credence.
