Every day the “good Rev” is on the radio with lots of guests who come in to kiss up.
Heck, even the CEO of Wal-Mart, Lee Scott, was a guest last year.

"So what are they going to run? Best of Imus?"
I wish they'd run the really old shows with Renaldo Santana Banana and the Right Rev. Dr. Billy Saul Hargus. The I-Man's been kinda lame since he ditched those skits.

I just watched Imus, Lauer, and Sharpton go at it, on the Today show. Three P’sOS arguing about Christian tenets of forgiveness, and the reverend among them still calling for Imus’s head on a platter. You just can’t make this stuff up, but I hope it gets much much worse before it gets better. The lefties are eating themselves alive, and that is a good thing.
Imus shoulda stuck to demonizing Bush and Cheney; he’d still be loved by the moonbats.

Who knew? They played clips of him on his radio show this a.m. on Fox & Friends and Brian said, “what did he say?” It was pretty funny.

Show hasn’t been nearly as funny since he got bucked off that horse. Somewhere between marriage & that he really lost his edge.

I don’t watch Imus and don’t care for him, but I don’t want to see somebody’s career destroyed over a comment that he has apologized for profusely. I do hope he understands now how ridiculous the PC police are. For Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson to pass judgment on anyone after what they’ve done to people in the past is outrageous. This is simply about a power trip to them. Maybe, just maybe, someday what goes around will come around.

Has anyone EVER EVER EVER simply said NO to the likes of Sharpton/Jackson/NAACP.
Has anyone ever looked at him square in the face and gave him the Goldberg salute? Good God people are afraid to breathe in their direction. WHY??

Political correctness?!?!? You call an African American women a “nappy headed ho” and that’s “politcally uncorrect”??? Try racist. This bozo has been doing this schtick for years and he’s finally getting called on the carpet. Goooood ridence.

They both (CBS and NBC) got together to keep him off radio and TV for two weeks starting April 16th.
His radio show is on a CBS station and syndicated by same network.

Imus has not been on Milwaukee radio for at least the last six years IIRC. One AM station carried him for a year and they pulled it.

Maybe this whole episode will turn Imus conservative and he’ll get his own conservative radio show. He is being mugged by Sharpton. This is how we got Jim Quinn in our area. Except he said something “sexist.”

Both suspensions (TV and radio) take effect next Monday.
To: Nextrush
Funny. If this had been Rush, the socialists and marxists would be howling that he be hanged at high noon in front of the Congress building. These pigs even protect their own when they do this crap. If a conservative does it, it is the death penalty. If a socialists does it, well, it was just a miss-statement, a slip, he didn’t really mean it.

"Hell go to Bermuda. When he returns, his ratings will be higher than ever."Most people haven't quite figured that out yet.
If I were Imus, I'd apologize by saying that after meeting the team, he realized that their hair wasn't as nappy as he first imagined.
