Environmentalism is just one of the replacement religions for those who reject faith in God.

Whenever the leftist worldview is shattered by facts and reason, we get treated to the same reaction- vicious hatred and rage spewed at those who had the gall to bring facts to the table and knock down the house of cards that is the religon of liberalism and all of its sacred tenets.

Kind of like Islam.
