Dorgan is up comparing building 40,000 airplanes a month during WWII to building armored viechles today

Do these numbnuts know ANYTHING about history and how all our factory's were turned into war factory's back then????

Why didn’t Dorgan introduce bills, push for funding, if he thinks this is so important? I don’t recall him doing that.
