I suspect that, out of fear of lawsuits, homosexuality is given a pass by the insurance industry.
As for secondhand smoke- I should have qualified that. The initial excuse to meddle is the public good, but the goal is for the State to run your life since the elite are of course smarter than you and know what’s best for you.
I'm in agreement with you on this point.
Imagine if they found this out about cigarettes?? The homosexual lobby is one of the strongest in the Country.
