Gangster evaiding cops ran into and killed a young man I've known since he was a child. This young man attended private school with my kids. He worked at the Chevy dealership where I just purchased a new truck recently. His entire family has had much tragedy over the years and this will no doubt bring much more pain.
Please pray for the family.

Prayers up for Daniel and his family.
This is what O’Reilly talked about the other night—anarchy and chaos overwhelming the land and taking innocent lives every day.
This is what Geraldo Rivera defends. Geraldo is a commie in disguise.
So, so sorry for your loss.

Those who flee should immediately be taken
to a judge and sentenced to 5 years.
If there are any injuries and/or fatalaties
they can be brought to trial later on these
charges.
We must stop this process of charging them with
reckless driving and 30 days in jail.

This is what OReilly talked about the other nightanarchy and chaos overwhelming the land and taking innocent lives every day.I don't think this gangbanger was an illegal, but O'Reilly was right on the money. This guy had a violent past and I'll bet a lenient porole board and a lib judge didn't keep him locked away anywhere long enough.

In many jurisdictions these days, police are not allowed to pursue a suspect if doing so will put Innocent people at risk. As long as the vehicle and the driver are identified, they just pick him up later when there is less threat to bystanders.
If you are one of those who insist on apprehending the perp right now at any cost, keep it in mind that the bystander that gets killed may be a loved one of yours... The cost could be high for you.
A couple of years ago, a close friend of my kids was broadsided by a police cruiser that ran a red light in chase. The girls boyfriend was killed and the girl has brain damage. All for what? Someone running a red light.
In this case we don’t know if the perp was an immediate threat or not.

This started when cops went to the perps hous to serve a felony warrant, then the chase was on. He did have a violent past, but even so, the cops did back off this chase. When the perp hit the other vehicles, the cops weren’t there and only arrived after the fact. this guy was still speeding away in spite of the fact he wasn’t being chased. But, you are right, too many chases for minor offenses kill or maim too many innocents.

God have mercy on his soul.
It’s a horrible thing to have no warning and no time to make your peace.
