Speaking of toilets, at that same party I recall an attractive young lady so drunk that she was crawling on her hands and knees to the toilet to throw up. She did not make it. Boy did she leave a mess!
That's why it's better to aim for the bathtub, if you get there in time.

I never did get much of a “high” off it although I did get the paranoia thing going. But it was funny to watch my friends nod their heads and say stuff like: “Do ya feel it?” “Oh yeah, I feel it.” “I would say that I’m definitely feelin’ it.”

All I know is that every pothead that I saw at the time looked like a loser. Especially when they would sit in a circle somewhere passing around a joint. Although I did aquire the long hair look, but it came naturally.

Herb Caen was a Chronicle columnist that used to berate Savage in his daily column and when he died Michael had the water pouring sound effect going and said”I’m standing here today at Herb Caen’s grave . . .” Caen was loved by the libs so I guess ksfo and maybe even the greater management at 900 Front took a lot of heat. He doesn’t bring it up. I think Caen had a thing against radio. He used to bash Alex Bennett too, back when he had a popular morning show here.
