It certainly may be treason, depending on what they do with these terrorists; it is at the very least a total misapplication of the Constitution.

No where in Article I is there any place for Congress to have a foreign policy. This could come back and bite them. Especially if there’s another attack.

Islamic terrorists will not do anything to jeopardize Democrats not only retaining congressional power, but taking the White House in 2008.

The Islamic Nazis know that if they can just get the rats into complete power, there will be plenty of time to launch attacks then, with no consequences for those attacks.

Al-Qaeda got the congress they wanted in 2006- they will work diligently over the next eighteen months to again do their part to get the rats entrenched in power so that they can then resume their plan to destroy America, and then Israel.

Its still amazing to me. That Ted Kennedy still sits in the Senate when he openly negotiated with the Russians against the interests of the United States. Folks, these people, like Iran have never had to pay a price, for Treason, for kidnapping, for any outrage. So why would you expect they would avoid it?

What about Kerry. The Swift Boat Vets bared it all and still, we have just seen a yawn. Kerry was negotiating with the North Vietnamese during the Peace talks then leading an anti-war movement at home that gave South Vietnam to the Communists. Hey, if that isn't actionable, then a little thing like talking with baby Assad is nothing.
