Although it doesn't say so directly, it seems that it's being paid for by the School District (taxpayers)

From the "Expectations" page:

 

"We are sending students to this conference with the expectation....."  (emphasis added)

Correction to my earlier post.... from the article:

"funding for students to attend the WPC is provided through the small learning communities grant."

Sooo...  I guess this means a Federal Grant, which means Federal tax dollars?

Which means that my aunt in Atlanta is paying for Seattle High School Students to go to Colorado for three days for antiwhite racist indoctrination?
