Although it doesn't say so directly, it seems that it's being paid for by the School District (taxpayers)
From the "Expectations" page:
"We are sending students to this conference with the expectation....." (emphasis added)
That’s happening here in the Springs? I may have to leave town for a couple of days to keep from losing my lunch.
